Is Golden Glow sweat proof?

Golden glow is water resistant but not water proof meaning it will withstand small amounts of perspiration. Due to its soft finish we find it wears beautifully when worn during a work out, because if there is any that may be removed from heavy perspiration it will not be too noticeable.

How long does it last each use?

Golden Glow is its most intense in the first 5 minutes after application so it's always good to keep in the back of your mind that it will soften out more once the skin has fully absorbed it. Once set after 5 minutes the product is then absorbed into the first layer of the skin and won't move until washed off with water.

Does it take long to get the hang of?

Being a completely new concept and consistency it can take 3-4 times to get your dosage right so we recommend to stick with it and just start with smaller amounts until you feel more confident in your application. Using it on its own and applying directly to the face with your hands, rubbing until you can no longer feel the product is the best & easiest way to apply it. The less complicated the better the results when it comes to Golden Glow. It truly is the easiest product to use. We are just so accustomed to needing additional equipment and special techniques that it can be hard to simplify it.

Is Golden Glow too orange?

Not at all the Golden Glow consistency is unique and unlike anything on the market. It absorbs softly into the skin feeling like you have nothing on at all. The colour is intense because of the unique consistency. The pigment strength allows you to use a small amount to give a "healthy glow" adding a soft colour to the face but still also give you the option to add to any beauty products for additional warmth.

How do I know if Golden Glow will suit my complexion?

Golden Glow suits all complexions however if you have more porcelain toned skin we recommend softening out with Perle Glow and or a moisturiser to ensure the pigment is not to intense. For all other skin tones Golden Glow will work brilliantly applied straight to the face. It's always good to start with a couple of drops and add more if needed, depending on your shade and how tan you are will determine how many drops you will need per usage.

Can I use Pearl Glow on its own like Golden Glow?

All Perle Co. products are created to be multi purpose and give you the ability to play and experiment in new ways of doing makeup. So we say there are no rules, however the look Perle Glow gives is whitening, so this look will only work if you are interested in lightening the shade on the face by 1-2 shades. This would be ideal if you have dark pigmentation and or find your face holds too much colour in comparison to the rest of your body.

What makes crushed pearls so amazing for the skin?

Crushed pearls have only recently started to be used in the West but have been used for centuries in ancient eastern cultures. Pearl powder has many benefits including helping to reduce redness and refine the pores. Contains anti-aging and anti-inflammatory properties which helps to soothe the skin. Pearl powder also helps to even out skin tone and brighten the skin leading to a glowing complexion.

How do I use the Liquid Sunshine Face Oil?

The Liquid Sunshine Face Oil can be used as a stand alone product after cleansing of a night time. Simply massage in and let the Liquid Sunshine do the rest. You can also apply the Liquid Sunshine prior to moisturising to give extra hydration and help to balance out the skin alternatively you can add the Liquid Sunshine into a mix with your Golden Glow and Perle Glow for that extra glowy hydrated look.

Can I use the Liquid Sunshine Face Oil if i have oily skin?

The Liquid Sunshine is a dry face oil and also contains Jojoba Oil which helps to balance out the skin. So great for all skin types.

Are we vegan?

Sadly not. Due to our crushed pearl ingredient used in all products Perle Co is not classified as vegan. However this has been quite the debated topic with a lot of vegans still eating oysters as they believe their nervous system to be more similar to a plant than a animal.

Are we certified organic?

No. We source the highest grade ingredients and strive to give the best quality product we possibly can but aren't labelling any of our products to be certified organic.

Do we test on animals?
